PathMakers To Peace Galas

The PathMakers to Peace award was established in 2013, to honor organizations and individuals who have played a leadership role in working to find non-violent resolutions to conflict. The name of our award, PathMakers to Peace, emphasizes that there are many roads to reaching the goal of a peaceful and just world.

The award has been presented at a gala dinner where members, guests, and the recipients of the award join us for an evening of great food, music and conversation. Because of COVID-19 we did not hold the award gala in 2020; 2021 and 2022 were virtual events. The 2023 gala was again an in-person event, followed by 2024 which celebrated the 40th anniversary of Brooklyn For Peace!
