BIG NEWS-PLEASE SHARE WIDELY: Move the Money Resolution 423 will finally be on the City Council agenda:  Wednesday, December 13 at 1:00pm in City Council Chambers at City Hall

We need you to come and testify: what do you and your community lose when Congress spends our tax $$ for more weapons instead of healthcare, schools, housing, transit, environment & things we really need?

You can testify in person or via video conferencing.

The Committee on Cultural Affairs, Libraries and International Intergroup Relations will hold a committee hearing which may be followed by a vote. If the committee passes our resolution (and we believe it will since a majority of the committee members are cosponsors), we anticipate that Resolution 423 will be voted on at the final City Council Stated Meeting of the year on December 20 at 1:30pm. Here is the text of the resolution.
