“Israelism” explores how Jewish attitudes towards Israel are changing dramatically while following the paths of two young American Jewish women who witness Israel’s mistreatment of the Palestinian people and join the movement for Palestinian freedom. Their stories reveal a generational divide in the American Jewish community as more young Jews question the narratives their synagogues and Hebrew school teachers taught them as children. Read more about the film here.

A panel discussion will follow the screening. Rabbi Miriam Grossman will be on the panelists. (See Rabbi Grossman’s recent appearance on NPR’s “Morning Edition”.)
