SAT: 5/11, 10 AM-1 PM – A Community Gathering – BKLYN Families for Palestine

Join Brooklyn Families for Palestine for a morning of art, connection, and planting poppy seeds to honor mothers, caregivers, and families of all kinds. From Palestine to Haiti, Brooklyn to Harlem, Mexico to the Philippines, we all know it takes a village to raise our children and create the just, expansive, and thriving world we want for them. This Mother’s Day weekend, we invite you to find joy, grieve in community, and build towards our collective liberation. Let’s rewild together to protect and restore our earth and our care for each other. We hope to see you there!
Please bring gently used toys to contribute to our mutual aid table, if you’re able. This is a multi-racial, multi-faith, queer-affirming event – all are welcome. Read more at this link.
