Nuclear Weapons Will Be Outlawed Friday, January 22!!!
On 22 January 2021, the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons will enter into force. From that day forward, nuclear weapons will be illegal under international law! 51 nations have ratified the treaty; 86 have signed; more are expected to join. To celebrate this important milestone, we need to commit ourselves to working toward the goal of our country joining the treaty, and redirecting the exorbitant funds now allocated toward modernizing nuclear weapons to other urgent needs.
